The Turkish Competition Authority has concluded its investigation into Erikli Su ve Meşrubat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Pınar Su ve İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, finding both companies guilty of violating Article 4 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
The Competition Board unanimously determined that the undertakings engaged in anti-competitive conduct by exchanging information that restricted competition.
As a result, Erikli was fined approximately 21.1 million TL and Pınar Su around 4.9 million TL under the applicable competition law regulations. The decision, dated April 24, 2025, may be appealed before the Ankara Administrative Courts following the notification of the reasoned decision.
