The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition has launched (16 January) administrative proceedings against two construction firms over suspected collusion related to a public procurement contract for reconstruction work.
The initiation of proceedings does not imply guilt or guarantee penalties. The investigation aims to determine whether any violation of competition law occurred.
