London, January 7, 2026 — The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has formally dismissed the claims brought by Graham’s Dairies entities against Iveco in the Second Wave Trucks proceedings, following a confidential settlement between the parties.
In an Order of the Chair dated January 7, the Tribunal recorded that the Graham’s Dairies claims have been settled on confidential terms and that the claimants no longer pursue proceedings against Iveco. As a result, the Graham’s Dairies actions, including associated third-party proceedings, were dismissed by consent.
The Tribunal made no order as to costs in relation to the dismissed proceedings, reflecting its approach to cost allocation in multi-party “umbrella” litigation where individual claims are resolved separately.
The dismissal removes the Graham’s Dairies claims from the wider Second Wave Trucks proceedings, which continue in respect of other claimants and defendants.
