Kyiv, October 9, 2025 – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has issued formal requests for information to Union Card Oil and Gepard Oil as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged coordinated pricing and market conduct among a group of fuel retailers and suppliers.
The inquiry concerns possible concerted actions involving nearly 20 companies and individual entrepreneurs, including Petrol Partner LLC, Avtotrans-Oil Trading House LLC, Alliance Holding LLC, Kyiv Invest Group LLC, and BVS Retail LLC.
The AMCU has requested that Union Card Oil provide explanations and supporting information within 30 calendar days, and Gepard Oil within 15 calendar days of receiving the official notice. The requests were issued by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on August 18 and September 4, 2025, respectively, and were published with confidential details redacted.
