Xi’an Enhances Consumer Dispute Resolution with ODR Enterprise Support

The Market Supervision Bureau of Baqiao District, Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, is helping newly established Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) enterprises improve their consumer dispute handling mechanisms. On November 13, bureau staff provided hands-on training and guidance to ODR enterprises, including Xi’an Deju Property Service Co., Ltd., which serves over 600 businesses in the Kyoto International Commercial Building Group.

Officials offered tailored solutions to enhance dispute resolution processes, shared legal resources, and promoted best practices. These efforts aim to boost efficiency, protect consumer rights, and foster smoother communication between businesses and consumers.
