India’s competition authority has taken cognizance of a complaint filed against airline IndiGo in connection with recent flight disruptions across multiple routes and has decided to proceed further under the Competition Act, 2002.
The Competition Commission of India said the decision follows an initial assessment of the information submitted and does not amount to a finding of wrongdoing at this stage.
