16 December 2025 — Turkey’s Competition Board has launched a formal investigation into Orzaks İlaç ve Kimya San. Tic. AŞ over suspected breaches of competition law. The authority will examine whether the company abused a dominant position by imposing purchasing and stocking obligations on pharmacies, applying certain discount practices, and restricting online sales by resellers, in potential violation of Articles 4 and 6 of Act No. 4054. The decision follows a preliminary inquiry that found sufficient grounds to proceed.
