29 May 2025 – The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition conducted a local inspection last week at a distributor of small motor vehicles, accessories, and spare parts. The authority secured evidence related to a potential prohibited vertical agreement.
The office clarified that the inspection does not imply that anti-competitive conduct has occurred, nor that administrative proceedings or fines will necessarily follow.
