Brno, 29 April 2025 — The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition has conducted on-site inspections at four construction companies suspected of participating in bid rigging cartels.
The raids, carried out last week, led to the collection of evidence related to two potential anticompetitive agreements in the building construction sector. The authority emphasized that the investigation is preliminary and does not confirm any violation or guarantee that formal proceedings will be launched.
