Brno, 1 April 2025 — The Czech Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS) has carried out a dawn raid at a major company in the games and stationery sector over suspicions of illegal vertical price-fixing agreements with retailers.
The inspection focused on possible anticompetitive conduct involving resale price maintenance. ÚOHS stressed that the investigation is preliminary and does not imply that any violation has occurred or that formal proceedings will follow.
