The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has launched an investigation into the completed acquisition of Entier Limited by Aramark Limited.
The inquiry, initiated on March 25, 2025, is focused on the food manufacturing sector.
The CMA has issued an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002, signaling the start of its review process. The investigation is currently in Phase 1, and the CMA will provide updates as the case progresses.
