As of March 24, 2025, the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) has updated the revenue thresholds for the mandatory notification of merger operations. The new limits are set at €582 million for the total national revenue of the companies involved and €35 million for the individual national revenue of at least two of them. This adjustment, in accordance with Law No. 287/90, reflects a 2.1% increase in the GDP deflator index recorded in 2024.
