Antitrust Compliance Lectures Held for Beijing’s Manufacturing and Software Firms

Beijing, March 21 – The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), in collaboration with local regulatory bodies, conducted an antitrust compliance lecture for Beijing’s manufacturing and information software industries.

The session aimed to raise awareness about the Anti-Monopoly Law, guiding companies to identify and mitigate monopoly risks while ensuring fair competition. Officials emphasized the need for businesses to strengthen internal compliance mechanisms and adhere to legal frameworks to foster innovation and sustainable development.
