Italy’s Competition Authority has published new guidelines on fines, antitrust compliance, and its leniency program. Effective from 10 March 2025, the changes apply to new cases and, for fines, ongoing cases without a final investigative report. The updates clarify sanction calculations and incentives for compliance.
