It highlights the need for clear guidelines on information-sharing and market participation to prevent unauthorized cooperation or competitive imbalances. The authority also stresses that municipalities must adhere to procurement rules and regulations on public sales activities when facilitating infrastructure expansion.
Additionally, the authority calls for further analysis on the role of public involvement and its financing to ensure a well-functioning, competitive market for drone services without creating barriers to entry.
