On January 16, 2025, during Mongolian President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh’s visit to Turkey, the Turkish Competition Authority and the Anti-Monopoly Agency of Mongolia signed a Bilateral Cooperation Protocol.
Signed by Turkish Competition Authority President Birol Küle and Mongolian Ambassador Munkhbayar Gombosuren, the agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in competition law enforcement and policy. The protocol outlines plans for information exchange, expert training, study visits, and enhanced communication between the two authorities.
The partnership is expected to promote closer coordination and mutual development in competition policy enforcement.
