The European Commission is currently evaluating the EU’s procurement directives to determine their effectiveness and relevance to current challenges. Authorities, companies, organizations, and other stakeholders are invited to submit feedback through a public consultation.
Comments can be submitted via a digital survey until March 7, 2025, with a summary report to follow within eight weeks. The evaluation may pave the way for future legislative changes.
