The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has invited (25 November) feedback on proposed remedies to address competition concerns identified in its interim report on the anticipated merger between Global Business Travel Group, Inc. and CWT Holdings, LLC.
The deadline for submitting comments is 5 PM, Monday 2 December 2024.
Earlier, the CMA provisionally concluded that the merger could significantly lessen competition in the corporate travel market. Responses to the interim report are due by 27 November 2024.
