UK CMA Launches Consultation on Updated Markets Regime Guidance

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has opened a consultation on draft new guidance for the markets regime under the Enterprise Act 2002, revised in light of recent amendments by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Stakeholders can submit feedback until December 3, 2024, at 5pm.
