Ankara, 24 June 2025 — Turkey’s Competition Board has opened a formal investigation into Kariyer.Net Elektronik Yayıncılık ve İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ following concerns over possible violations of competition law.
The preliminary inquiry examined claims that Kariyer.Net may have breached Article 6 of the Competition Act (No. 4054) through the combination of data across its platform **http://www.isinolsun.com**—which operates under the same economic unity—along with related pricing behaviors and substantial advertising expenditures.
After reviewing the evidence and observations during its 12 June 2025 meeting, the Board found the findings significant and sufficient to warrant a full investigation.
The probe will further assess whether Kariyer.Net’s practices have distorted competition in the online employment and recruitment services market.
