The European Commission has launched a consultation on its draft State aid Framework (CISAF) supporting the Clean Industrial Deal. The framework aims to guide Member States in designing aid measures for renewable energy, industrial decarbonization, clean technology manufacturing, and de-risking private investments.
Set to replace the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework (TCTF) by June 2025, CISAF will provide longer-term stability for businesses and simplify aid allocation. The consultation is open until April 25, 2025, allowing stakeholders to submit feedback before final adoption.
