The ACCC has granted (18 December) interim authorisation to Queensland Rail Limited and Aurizon Network Pty Ltd to collaborate and share information in preparation for a joint tender for rail profiling services.
This interim approval, issued on December 18, 2024, allows the ACCC to continue assessing the substantive authorisation application while considering feedback from stakeholders.
